Re: Harry's Law -- "Bangers in the House" -- 2/21/11

I am starting to dislike this show more and more each week.

The show just 'looks' so damn cheap be it the cardboard -I'm starting to think it is ACTUAL cardboard- sets, the bad guest actors and the silly storylines (and not a good silly like those in Boston Legal either).

There's just something I can't put my finger on that is keeping this show from being decent. I think it has a lot to do with the main actors as well. They just don't seem to gel with one another. DEK's shows usually have excellent casts but I don't see it here.

It was nice to see Biff Tannen though.

I know what you mean about the sets. I feel like I'm watching a sitcom when I look at this show. The style of editing may contribute to that, too. They are obviously taping the entire show on a backlot somewhere, and after touring Universal I'm kind of tired of seeing these fake sets.

Overall I enjoy the show, though. The character of Harry was meant for Kathy Bates imo.

I can't believe we got another libertarian-based ranting defense with the company firing the geezer. Maybe DEK is starting to see the light.

Is it wrong that I just want Brittany Snow to show up in every scene wearing a short skirt?

If its wrong, I dont want to be right. This show would eb vastly improved if she showed up in every scene wearing just a short skirt.
