Quick question for you DVD and electronics gurus...
I am planning on buying a new DVD player but I have one problem. I have a geezer TV with no RCA input jacks on it. I was browsing the local Redio Shack last evening and seen a small adapter (the size of a connector) which was RCA female on one end and BNC male on the other.
If i put this on the end of the DVD player Video out cable, will it work?

Here's a simple trick that works. Go to Toy-R-Us and get an adaptor to connect a video game console to a coax (cable) plug. It works the same as a passive switch between the cable and the RCA cables for the DVD player.
