No Ordinary Family -- "No Ordinary Double Standard" -- 2/08/11

Synopsis:
Spoiler:
After a friend is attacked, Stephanie tells Jim that she wants to join forces with him to help catch the perp. But when Jim informs Stephanie that he's built for crime fighting - and she's not - the competition is on to see which one of them can solve the case first. Meanwhile, Daphne feels like Jim is invoking a double standard when he allows JJ to date a senior but won't let her do the same, and Katie learns some disturbing news about Joshua, aka The Watcher.

Did it get it's episode order cut? Futoncritic.com still lists 22.

at Steph's police sketch. Nice to see lots of Katie this ep.

This was a strong episode. It was cool to see Daphne discover she can project thoughts Jedi-style. It'll be interesting to see how Steph's boss reacts now that he's on to her. Hopefully they can give some resolution before the season ends.

Figured she would be able to do that at some point.

Now for her not to abuse it, it would be far too easy for someone to let that go to their head.

Now we'll see if Daphne somehow ends up going Jean Grey/Dark Phoenix.

I agree.....very good episode. Seems to be only getting better as the season ticks on. I think what I like about this show so much is it seems so clean....more family oriented of which we do not have enough of these days.

The show keeps me entertained, and as mentioned above, it's 'clean'.

On a side note - and I apologize if someone pointed this out already - I rewatched Star Trek a week ago and noticed that the kid who plays JJ was also the young Kirk (driving the car). Better hair back then.
