Need help with getting the right cable to optimize my system:
Sony DVD 550D
Paradigm PS2200, 7's, mini monitors, CC350.
Sony DB930 Receiver
Saving money right now to get Wega XBR400.
What cables do I need to connect my DVD to receiver and TV to receiver. I don't have the TV yet so I don't know what I'll need for the XBR. I heard canare makes good cable. What will I need before buying the TV (cables).
Are cheap copper while at home depot sufficient for speakers?
What subwoofer cables should I use to connect to my receiver.

DVD -> Receiver: Any 75 ohm shielded video cable with RCA ends, about $5 at any Radio Shack, will work equally as well as a $500 cable. Actually, a coathanger will work (and has been used), though it seems most people reccomend the 75 ohm because it's fairly resistant to interferance
DVD -> TV: 3 of the above cables for component video
Speaker wire: 12 guage oxygen free zip cord. Rectocon (sp) sells 40 foot rolls of this for $2.50. I dont know if I spelled that right, but I'm sure someone here knows the URL for the site.
Receiver -> Sub: yet another 75 ohm cable.
You can always spend quite a bit more, and if you want go ahead and do comparisons to the more expensive name brand stuff like Monster, but I think the stuff I reccomended is the most cost effective in terms of price/performance.
