Just hours after we make numerous complaints and moans (among ourselves) at the quality of the search facility @ DVDStreet, they have gone and changed it to a more refind and ultimately better system, that actually goes some way to finding what you asked!

Now thats what I call addressing the needs of your customers - well done infront.co.uk - quality service!

Audiostreet is part of the same set-up. They told me that a CD was out of print when I enquired as to the 4-week processing! Straight afterwards CDNow got it to me from their continental Europe within 3 days!

BUT when that Sky promotion giving you chart CDs for £5-99 (or was it £6-99) seemed to go belly up on me a customer service guy at Audiostreet answered my reasoned complaint (quite a few days later) and agreed to credit my card with the discount. So I got the two Santana albums for about 12 quid. This redeemed the firm in my eyes.

I also mentioned the crummy navigation/search back then. I don't know if it had changed throughout their store: perhaps I'll go back and look!
