I had to laugh the other day...
I was asking someone I'm at university with, who is a self-styled "DVD nut", whether he had the Aliens boxset yet... He commented that ha hadn't bought it yet, he was still looking for 2 other people who wanted it so they could get it on the 3 for 2 offer at WH Smiths...
I pointed out that I got it for £40 days ago from an online shop without any pissing about with "group buying", and all the colour drained out of his face...
