My Energy Brand Speakers Testimonial!

I have the Take 5 system that I've been very happy with since purchase.
While watching a movie I heard a "pop" from the center channel speaker then
I noticed the speaker lost all it's treble! At first thought it was with the
receiver but after switching speakers around found out it's was the center
speaker.
Even though I had bought the speaker only a year ago from ABC Stereo (by the
way DO NOT EVER purchase from those guys) the speaker blew and I frantically
searched for my receipt since it was under warranty. I could never find the
receipt! To make a long story short-- I emailed Energy to inquire about the
cost of a repair as I told them that I didn't have my receipt. I was trying
to see which would be the most "economical" way to go-- repair or replace!
To my surprise I was emailed that they would repair it for me at no cost and
gave me the address to send it to! I sent it off and received it back in
less than 2 weeks in perfect repair!
Needless to say... I am one happy customer! How many times can we consumers
say that a company has exceeded our expectations? Well they certainly
exceeded mine!
I just wanted to share with you all my experience and would highly recommend
Energy brand products. They certainly stand behind their products which is a
rare commodity in today's marketplace!

It is nice to see that a company which puts out a good quality product will stand behind it. I have the engery e-xls 10 sub (outstanding) and e-xlr dipole surrounds. I couldn't be happier with the quality of sound and physical construction. Glad to hear the positive report.
