At the Entertainment Outlet on 14th Street (just west of 6th Avenue, on the south side of the street) in the classics section are a bunch of TCM Greatest Classic Films collections at 2 for $10. I saw:

Horror
Comedy
Romantic Dramas
WWII: Battlefield Europe
John Wayne Westerns
Western Adventures
American Musicals
... and I think Murder Mysteries also.

This was last Thursday. I'll be there again this week (my office is a few blocks away) and will update if anyone's interested.

Yes, they are all 4 movie sets.

For contrast, Amazon has them all at 12.99 each right now, and the '5.99 DVD Funhouse' on 6th Ave (at 21st street) has them at 14.99 each.

They're new and shrinkwrapped, too, this is the lowest I've ever seen them.

I was at the location near Bryant Park on the 18th but didn't see those there...will definitely be hitting Union Square when I'm down again in a couple of weeks.

I visited the store on 40th street near 5th Ave. They had many $5.99 or 2 for $10 titles. Both new and used. I could not list them all. I only looked at new stuff so anything I list is new. Some of what I bought or remember were:
