Omg. Pawn shops. It's not like we have to randomly hope titles will be traded.

Why have i wasted so. Much. Time. On this bargain forum when i could have been trading gold for dvds. Noooo!~~~

Last time I looked for dvds in a pawn shop, they only had a copy of Smallville that looked like it had been chewed up by a dog, and wanted $12 bucks for it.

Everyone please start posting deals that they find at their location pawn shops, and which locations they were spotted at.
5 years ago I had a break-in, and thousands of dollars of my DVD's were stolen (some now very rare and OOP). I lived in Vegas at the time. Man, that was a lot of pawn shops to check to see if my "stuff" suddenly showed up...

No. No, it shouldn't. If anything it belongs in the "Who gives a shit?" forum.

My buddy Ryan sold me a few blu-rays for dirt cheap. If you know anyone named Ryan you should see what kind of deals he's offering.

Does your buddy Ryan do price-matching? And does he accept Manufacturer's coupons? Wondering if I can do a price match to the OP's awesome pawnshop and then apply a manufacturer coupon.

Now THAT would b good dealz!

I know your buddy Ryan. Except he's really my buddy Ryan. He gave me a MUCH better deal than he gave you - plus he gave me a free factory sealed Tokyo Olympiad (Criterion) DVD just because he liked me better. Then we both had a laugh at your expense as he filled up my car tank with gas for free.

Re: WHY NOT PICK UP BLU-RAYS from PAWN SHOPS!!

I went to two local pawn shops in my city. They both wanted $10 for titles that typically sold as $8 new. It was like they didn't quite get it that blu has dropped in price. I did find a veggie tales dvd (my kid loves it) for $1. So it wasn't a complete bust.
