Synopsis:
Spoiler:
Episode 8 of 22
1 more new episode left after tonight (in this timeslot) before the show takes a break and moves to Friday's starting January 28th.
BTW, you all must watch this kick ass trailer for this episode. And yes, this a real trailer that FOX cut:
<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/WH6VZFZARiA?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/WH6VZFZARiA?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
Sneak Peak (a little repetition from the trailer):
<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/c0hGetsin7s?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/c0hGetsin7s?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

Damn. For me personally this has turned from a "I wonder what weird event they're going to investigate this week" show to a "I can't wait to see where they're going to take this story next" show. Lovin' it.

I'm so extremely confused as to why Fringe doesn't have a much larger viewership. That official "cinematic" trailer from Fox is brilliant.

This season they really did just day fuck it. The viewers we have now are the only ones we're going to get so lets ramp it up. I personally like that the show is catering to us hard core viewers but the fact that it's moving to Fridays means Fox doesn't like it.

At this point, the only people watching Fringe are the hardcore fans who have watched since day 1 or caught up via DVD's. New viewers aren't going to watch right now as you need to have at least watched season 2 for any of the alternate universe arc to make any sense. The show is very heavily serialized now compared to season 1 when it was freak/monster of the week.

“If the only episode of ‘Fringe’ you tune in to watch is this one, it is going to take you five minutes to sort of catch up, but you will feel what is going on, you will understand the relationships,” executive producer Joel Wyman tells us.

Everyone knows they're moving this to Fridays when American Idol comes back in January, right? That's pretty much the nail in the coffin - although I think Fridays is where it should have been moved originally instead of giving it that insane Thrusday at 9 slot (when TV is so damn competitive).

Wow. That episode was insane.
One thing to always keep in mind: do not fuck with Peter Bishop. Cause he will shoot you in the head.

Great episode - Peter was totally awesome this episode. The scene with both Broyles was creepy as hell. I really really hope that all the current viewers follow the show to Friday night and that those numbers on a shitty night are enough to keep it alive - because this show is too fucking good to wrap it up this year IMO.

What was the backwards speak at the end of the first trailer? Anyone know what it says?
