Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

I'm not sure why, but mine came out cheaper. I averaged $7.45 each AFTER tax for these titles:
# The Girls Next Door: Season Three (3 Discs) (Dual-layered DVD)
# The Alien Nation: The Complete Series (6 Discs)
# American Dad, Vol. 5 (3 Discs) (Dual-layered DVD)
# Eureka: Season 2 (3 Discs) (Eco Friendly Packaging) (Dual-layered DVD)
# Eureka: Season One (3 Discs) (Widescreen) (Dual-layered DVD)
# The Bob Newhart Show: The Complete Fourth Season (3 Discs)

I got a Red Card discount of $5.67. Now I know about the 5% savings they give for using the Red Card, but that would be $2.40 off. I don't know why I got an extra $3.27 deducted...

I tried to pick up the whole run of Battlestar Galactica, but they didn't have season 4.0. Still, 5 out of 6 for $8 each isn't bad.

Cheaper way to pick up almost the complete series... I cringed when I saw those, knowing what I paid for em...

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

According to the OP, this only works on TV seasons on DVD and nothing else (and not on BD)? Is this any 2 on the TV season DVD list for $16 regardless of the price (when the code is applied) or is it B1G1F (with the cheapest being free)?

What a hodge podge of movies and TV shows, anything they were overstocked on went in to this sale.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

This has been really lame. There were over 1100+ titles on the email link that they sent at about 9am EST this morning. After I couldn't get my order through, I clicked again and it was down to 700+ titles. I give up and go to work and now its down to 109 titles. I select 4 out of the titles provided on the link and I get the message that the promotion code cannot be applied to this order. Thanks Target for wasting my time! Will never order from them again.

I wouldn't be mad at Barnes and Noble for a Target deal gone awry.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

What a load of BS, the complete Hulk series is on the list but doesn't work when you go to check out. That would've been a steal. Instead Target can just let it sit in their warehouse.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

I received this email too & was excited about it but I can't get the code to work even though I've tried different combos of stuff. It gives me some sort of discount but not what it should be.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

Supposedly there is a bigger list here:
http://www.target.com/b/180-1603661-...email_RX011290

I'm going to grab Pinky and the Brain vol. 1 and 3 and Animaniacs vol. 2 and 3. Comes out cheaper than the WBshop deal. $32 + tax is a great deal on all this stuff.

Much better list. I actually found a few things on that one, including Eli Stone and Legend of the Seeker. Thanks, I appreciate the link!

A better list, yes, but I can't get the discount code to work with the additional titles... I think it only works with the OP's list...

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

Seems like a mixed bag just like before. Home Improvement seasons wouldn't work for me but Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain did.

Re: Target CyberMonday Movies (2 for $16 TV Series & BR)

Seems like the promotion only works on titles $16.99 and below. Everytime I add a title > $17, I don't get the discount.

I thought it was just me ... that the code was a one-time use.

Anybody have any success with the new titles? Or with placing multiple orders on the same account with the code?
