I didn't either!
I thought, all around, this was a great episode. And Cary Elwes was fantastic again. (The rapport between his Despereaux and Shawn was great, especially because of how much it got to Gus.)
Glad to have it back. (Now BN tomorrow night too!)

Great episode, even better than the first Canada episode. I always felt that one fell kind of flat for me (as did most of Season 4's early episodes), but this time around they hit the target and delivered an episode that hit the same levels that the first half of this season landed on almost every week.
The stuff with Shawn and Jules at the end was great. Loved the reactions of the Canadians to the kissing.

Interesting episode. I actually enjoyed the mystery aspect more than the humor. Cary Elwes is perfectly cast as Despereaux.
I'm glad Shawn and Jules hooked up. Now we won't get another season of "will they or won't they?"
