Blockbuster Express Reserved Movie Not Available When you Go to Pick It Up
I'm relatively new to Block Buster Express and Redbox, but I've had a problem and I'm curious as to how common it is.
Twice this month, I've made a reservation for a movie at a Blockbuster Express kiosk, received an e-mail confirmation, then gone to the kiosk only to find that the kiosk wouldn't dispense the movie. The reservation is "found" by the machine, but after a few minutes of waiting a message comes on the screen saying it is unable to dispense the movie and that my account will not be charged. Yesterday, I used a coupon code that gave me a free rent-ne-get-one rental. It dispensed only one of the movies and counted it as a free one, so I wasn't charged.
The two times that it happened this month were for the same movie (FROZEN) and at the same kiosk (at a Qwik Trip). So far it's only happened to me at BBExpress. Has anyone had any similar experiences at Redbox?

I reserve movies from time to time on Redbox, and they've always been there waiting for me.
