Very good episode. I really like the moral of the story, which came through with Tom and Lynette. Happiness is all around us, we just have to stop and see it. My favorite line of the night came from Renee. When Bree and Renee were at the club, and Bree said, "He has a girlfriend". Renee replied, "If I don't see her, she doesn't exist"! I laughed so hard. I also really like the story with Gabby and Carlos. How in the world do you deal with something like this? It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I'm really enjoying this season, already!

This show has hit a brick wall, backed up and hit it again. I'm about ready to pass on my season pass.

I think it's been decent. I like when Desperate brings the humour to the forefront and this episode had a lot of that... plus the drama is actually something remotely interesting (Carlos/Gaby story).

I'm liking this season so far too. There's a lot of fun and the Carlos/Gaby serious storyline is good drama.

And at Gaby in that red dress in the department store.

The Tom story line and the Susan story line has done me in. I am enjoying Vanessa Williams and the Gabby/Carlos storyline, but not the Paul story. So for me, more bad than good, and I find myself bored.

The Tom storyline was stupid. He owned a pizza shop and doesn't know oregano? I'm not sure they know what to do with his character.

That's funny On the other hand, he just owned the place--it's not like it was his lifelong dream. Oh that's right, it was.

Every Tom storyline is stupid - that's the point. He's a loser.

don't think he's a loser, both him and his wife are idiots

if both of you have executive/manager jobs than you need to accept that your kids are not a priority and outsource the rearing. send the youngins to the baby kennel and the older ones send them a check once in a while to keep them from bugging you. and maybe see them one or two days a week unless you have an important deadline to meet

I'm just curious, has there been an episode of this show that you didn't like? I mean, this one was all right (minus the stupid Tom storyline), but you've been very exuberant over some in the past that I found truly awful.

Again, just curious.

So why do Carlos and Gaby have TWO fat kids, when only one is really theirs?
