Favorite movie lines of all time?
List some of your favorite movie lines. They don't have to be iconic. Just lines that made an impact or left a contextual lasting impression on you.
I'll start with a few of mine.
Breaker Morant: "Live each day as though it were your last, one day you're sure to be right."
2001: "Open the pod bay doors, HAL"
Silence of the Lambs- Hannibal Lecter "People will say we're in love."
Reversal of Fortune: Dershowitz: 'You're a very strange man.' Von Bulow: 'You have no idea.'
Wonder Boys: "What is it that takes us, from the water's edge of inspiration...to the far shore of accomplishment?"
Sarah Miles, White Mischief: "Not another fucking beautiful day."
Regan in The Exorcist: "Stick your cock up her ass you motherfucking worthless cocksucker".

"F*ck me gently with a chainsaw."
"You know, for a smart girl, you make a lot of mistakes. You should have let me live. You're gonna need a good lawyer."
"But Juliet, you're a doctor. You kill people every day."
"When you side with a man, you stay with him. And if you can't do that, you're like some animal - you're finished!"

WHITE HEAT (1949)
Cody Jarrett (James Cagney):
"If I turned my back long enough for Big Ed to put a hole in it--there'd be a hole in it."

"I know what you're thinking. 'Did he fire six shots or only five?' Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" -- Harry Callahan, Dirty Harry
"My brains, his steel, and your strength against sixty men, and you think a little head jiggle is supposed to make me happy? Hmmm??" -- Westley, The Princess Bride (and pretty much any other line from this awesome film)
Oh, and see my sig below.

They Live: I've come here to chew bubble-gum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubble-gum.
Jacobs Ladder: The only thing that burns in Hell is the part of you that won't let go of life, your memories, your attachments. They burn them all away. But they're not punishing you, he said. They're freeing your soul. So, if you're frightened of dying and... and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the earth.
Fisher King: . See, I'm what you call kind of a "moral traffic light", really. I'm like sayin', "Red! Go no further! Boooo-ee boooo-ee boooo-ee
Leon the Professional: What about the ring trick. You know that one?
Bubba Ho-Tep: You nasty thing from beyond the dead, no matter what you think or do, good things will never come to you. And if evil is your black design, you can bet the goodness of the Light Ones...
...will kick your bad behind?

"And I say, "I'm dead," and I move."

So I Married an Axe Murderer:
Well, it's a well known fact, sonny jim, that there's a secret society of the five wealthiest people in the world known as "The Pentavirate," who run everything in the world...including the newspapers. And meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado known as "The Meadows."

My favorite quote:
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice. Remember that."
