The first half of this episode was simply boring. The Annie/Senators mistress getting drinks scene was gut wrenchingly awful. It honestly made me want to puke at how "cutesy" it was. The second half of the episode was decent and enjoyable.
Six episodes have aired, I've actually liked two of them, and those were the first two episodes. If this show goes 2-6, I'm gonna quite watching. It has two weeks to redeem itself.

Felt like the only redeemable part of episode was Annie's jogging outfit.
Show continues to be inconsistent to me. Sometimes entertaining actiony stuff, sometimes i find myself thinking "ugh is it over yet". I have faith it will eventually find its legs. God willing they will continue to be attached to Piper Perabo.

I really like how this show seems to be more grounded in the reality of what everyday CIA work might be like. Of course, being a TV show it does get peppered with a fight scene, car chase or gunfight by the end of the episode. But I appreciate that there's no Rambaldi mythology, no one's jumping off buildings, and no one's being handed unrealistic "James Bond" type gadgets by a "Q" like character.

I actually liked this episode, its no veronica mars; but watchable even though I knew X would be the mole.
A bit sad though that cut throat bitch is not getting more screen time.

meh. Jay is useless and his delivery is wooden. They play blind nerd too nerdy. Glad no Gallagher. Plot was by the numbers. Anne Dudek is wasted.
I've convinced myself to downgrade it from meh to bleh.

Gotta disagree - if anything, some of the looks Annie gave the other girl during the conversation shows how much manipulation is being done, and the weeding out of the information she wanted.
Like the show overall still - esp. how alot of it's about gathering human intelligence, and how planning going awry. Nice variety of missions she's been tasked with so far, although I wonder how long they can go before re-treading similar plots.
