Does anybody know the name of this movie?
It was a lesser known movie from about 2007-8. It's about a guy who I think was an amateur filmmaker. He accidentally films a murder in an alley. I think the murderer chases him but of course he gets away. He ends up meeting the murderer and maybe filming again. I can't really remember much about it.

The Perfect Witness (2008)
EDIT: Google tells me that's the US DVD title. Apparently the original title is The Ungodly and it came out in 2007.
