James Bond Movie Question OHMSS
I just watched OHMSS again. Something that always bugged me was why Bond doesn't check to see if Blofeld is actually dead after the bobsled chase. I guess he just assumed he was.
Anyone have any ideas why Bond just takes off after Blofeld gets caught in the tree?

Ilse Steppat's Irma Bunt is probably one of the best Bond villains ever. She really looks and sounds the part. I bet even Telly Savalas was scared of her.

Maybe the novel shines some light on this. Of all the films this is the most faithful to the novel, barely changing anything.
