Wanted: Anyone have extra Paramount $10 upgrade rebate form for Transformers Blu-Ray?
I hope it's OK to post here even though technically this isn't a DVD trade...
Would anyone have an extra original Paramount $10 rebate form that covers a Transformers Blu-Ray purchase through June 30, 2010 with a postmark date of July 31, 2010?
I bought Transformers BD within the correct time range, but received an expired (December 2009) form not knowing (or paying attention) that there were copies that had old forms in it. This should be the same form that also has Gladiator, Braveheart, and Forrest Gump on it, I believe.
Please PM me if you have 1 of these forms you won't be using that you could snail mail me and I'll send you my address. If you want, I could PayPal you for the cost of your stamp, but hopefully nobody will be worried over 44 cents. I know I could try calling Paramount to see if they'd send me another form, but I thought I'd try this first. Thanks.
