Sad that their shipping is so high now, they can have a shipping sale and it be legitimate.

It seems that it also takes 50% off of higher items after you have the 5 lower-priced items in your cart (I actually didn't try without them, but my 6th item at a higher price only adds $1.14 to the shipping cost).

The coupon has been coded very strangely. It gave me $1.14 shipping on a $6.24 item, but when I added a $10.74 item, the discount stopped applying completely, I had 16 cheap items in my cart and the shipping went from $17 to $36.

It's not a bad deal but only on the items under $4. More than that and I'll wait for the next 30% coupon. You save 1.14 per item on shipping on this deal but 1.20 on an item priced at $4 using the 30% off.
