DVD Talk review of 'Armageddon' (Blu-ray)
I read Todd Douglass Jr.'s DVD review of Armageddon at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=42009 and I wouldn't say that "considering the previous release of the film was handled via Criterion, it's no surprise that none of those bonus features made their way onto this release."
Disney/Buena Vista also had licensed another Bay film, "The Rock" to Criterion for release as a special edition DVD, but when it came time for that film's release on BD, Disney did secure the bonus features from the Criterion DVD and carry them over....if anything, I actually find it surprising that Disney did NOT do the same thing when it came time for Armageddon to be released on BD....
