This has only been happening during the last few weeks for me. At first, it was only during online mode, but it has happened a couple of times on my Dynasty as well.
I'll start with the pre-requisite - Yes, I've googled the issue, but the only answers I can find are to turn off "replay buffer" under visual settings. The only problem is, I don't have a replay buffer option under my settings.

The game is clean and scratch free as well.

Any other solution besides the aforementioned replay buffer that doesn't exist for me?
