I went Ghostbusters too but hesitated over Blues Brothers. I watched Spies Like Us recently and it doesn't hold up as well as I remembered.

Close between Blues Brothers and Ghostbusters, but I'm going with Ghostbusters.
Wow, I don't remember him in Temple of Doom.

He had a very small part when Indiana Jones, Willie, and Short Round are getting into the plane when escaping from Shanghai. Hard to tell, but listen to his voice, it's definitely him.
Spies Like Us and Blues Brothers for me. I have nothing but good memories when it comes to those films.

Good stuff.
The Blues Brothers (1980) - My vote.
Neighbors (1981) Underappreciated black comedy. Interesting - to me - for the switch in characterizations between him and Belushi.
Ghostbusters (1984)
Spies Like Us (1985)
Dragnet (1987)
I could have voted for any of those, but the Blues Brothers gets it by a nod. Just a great film.
Plus, I haven't seen Dragnet or Spies Like Us recently - have Dragnet in the Tom Hanks pack, just haven't watched yet - and it's possibly they won't be as good as nostalgia/memory makes them. I did watch Ghostbusters recently, and was reminded how good and fun a film that was.

The Blues Brothers is a better movie overall, and very near and dear to me, but I literally grew up on Ghostbusters, and I think Ghostbusters is funnier, too.
