I did a search before posting and the lowest I saw was the Amazon sale over a year ago. What's coincidental about this for me is that my g/f and I were discussing this the other night and she asked me if I had it and I'd told her I just had the 1st season box which didn't have the pilot movie and that the whole thing was a little pricey. No longer. Now that I've bought it, it will probably fall to $30 in a month.

I also tossed in a $11 BD of Hellboy 2 in my order. If you can find other stuff - they have good used prices - it's only $1.99 shipping for the whole order, so load up.

Family Video is extremely legit. We've had many deals here and I've ordered several times without a problem. (One time, I ordered a dozen DVDs at about $4 each w/$1.99 shipping and they sent it in like 5 or 6 shipments over a couple of weeks. I added up the postage and it's as if they blew half the money I paid in getting them to me.) Family Video is a smaller chain like Blockbuster or Hollywood Video with really low rental prices. I think a co-worker with young kids mentioned that they have free kids title rentals, so that draws people in.

Has anyone ordered used DVDs from them? And were they in good to excellent condition when you received them?

^ The previously viewed discs are almost always resurfaced. They ship each title individually in a grey plastic baggie with no padding, so there is a good chance of getting a cracked case now and then.

Just got mine today, though the upper left corner is cracked and I'm worried about the tray slipping out, so I'm sending it back for a replacement. Anyone return anything to them before? Their website is a bit vague.
