Thanks for the update as usual. Why does fry's have to keep lowering prices of the same title 3 times in a week?! L.A.C. blu is now below $17? Yeesh... more reasons to hate fry's, like there wasnt enough already.

On a side note, and I dont know if this even legal or not, but I bought a blu at Fry's last week and returned it to the next store in the next city down the freeway because I found it cheaper at WM so they returned the purchase price and their cities tax rate which was .5 % lower so they ripped me off of 4 cents. I wasnt going to complain but is that even legal what they did there? I hate fry's. *shakes fist*

Yeah this is a no-no. Retail software is supposed to be able to handle that situation and return whatever tax was charged, not what the local tax authority charges. Now, most systems at bigger chains probably can do this automatically. I know with the point of sale system I've worked on, it had to be done manually which requires some cashier smarts. So maybe that was the problem.
