They wouldn't be exclusive if they were the same.99.99% of the time they are completely different. The only times they aren't are due to factory errors or advertiser errors.

The Best Buy bonus disc is a Blu-ray Disc, and is only available there with their exclusive BD edition....copies of This Is It at Best Buy on DVD will NOT include this BD bonus disc....
While it will not be known and confirmed until tomorrow, the current speculation is that the actual content of the two retailer exclusive bonus discs could probably be the same, it is just that the format in which they are available is what is the store exclusive in this instance...BB gets it in HD on a bonus BD, and Walmart gets it in SD on a bonus DVD....
