Congratulations. Now the Brits will get to experience what it feels like to get angry and act strange over virtually nothing, and then come to this forum and tell 80% of a vague story.

I only go to two Best Buys in Phoenix/Chandler. I go there regularly. You walk in, pick out what you want, buy it and then leave. Over the past ten years, I've probably done 75-100 transactions. I've never had a weird experience there.

Maybe it has something to do with the geography/demographics in the area? Do you folks have a high concentration of socially akwards, confrontational retards in your area? Maybe it has more to do with your communities than anything else. I've never been to a Best Buy on 'that side of town'.
