DVD Talk review of 'Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas'

I know you're not a regular viewer of the series, but we have several of the DVDs at home for our little one and we noticed the character of Bill was looking rather...tan in this special. Did anyone else notice this? Is this a Weylon Smithers type thing where Bill just got back from the Caribbean and has a really deep tan?
I'm thinking it might have been a different animation group doing this as opposed to the regular series, but they got everything else right so it kinda stands out.
