Major dissapointment: "Wild Hogs 2: Bachelor Ride" halts production
I know most of you were looking forward to this. Try to contain your emotions.
weblogs.variety.com:
In what marks the third high-profile film that Disney has halted since Rich Ross took the studio reins, "Wild Hogs 2: Bachelor Ride" has been scrapped.
The Touchstone Pictures sequel to the 2007 hit was revving up to begin production by next summer, with Walt Becker back as director, and John Travolta, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy reprising their roles as biker pals in mid-life crisis.

It's not uncommon for new regiems to scrap the slate of their predecessor, but this film (as stupid as it is) would probably have made bank.

The production halt on 20,00 Leagues and the Robin Williams comedy didn't cause too much concern for me, as neither project drew much interest for me, but Wild Hogs 2 is surprising. The first one, while not great, was an enjoyable flick, and it made a lot of money for the studio. I would've been up for a sequel.

And you would rather see Wild Hogs 2 then 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea?!
