Another strong episode. Saw the ending a mile away though.

I find myself growing bored with this show again after a strong start this season.

I always wondered about Brooke's weird obsession with her biological clock. I guess she doesn't have a clock at all.

Sometimes I feel like this show is flipping over pancakes over and over again when it does its character upheaval beats.

With the Brooke baby drama and adoption talk last night, it made me think... have they mentioned Sam at all this season? I know she went back to her bio-mom and there's been a two-year jump, but it just seems weird that her name is NEVER mentioned by Brooke or Julian when she was such an important part of Brooke's life that season.... *ESPECIALLY* in light of the adoption topic being brought up again.

I'm not saying they have to have some long conversation about her, but you'd think they could squeeze in a throwaway line every once in awhile.

No, they have made no reference to Sam at all. I think Brooke has been very caught up in her relationship w/ Julian.

Had to laugh that Jaime's favorite movie was White Men Can't Jump. I wish he would of asked what "Your mother's an astronaut" means....or at least try to use it.

Nice dig at Uncle Lucas. What exactly is he doing? Road trip?

I kinda hope Mouth ends up with Brooke. Not really sure why, just rooting for him.

I understand how some of you don't enjoy it when the show attempts serious drama. But, I thought this episode was really moving.

I actually felt sad for Alex at the end and what she ended up doing to herself. I mean the whole thing situation showed that she was living a very sad and empty existence. Jana Kramer was excellent in the scene where Julian confronted her about blabbing to Brooke about the baby and she literally lost it. I think it was a culmination of her thinking that noone gave a crap about her and everyone was using her.

The scene where Dan got slapped in the face and tried to dump Rachel was great.

I don't know what Quinn thinks she can do to help Clay's career.

On the other hand, I am really hoping that Millie crashes and burns. It was cool seeing Brooke's Mom catch her in the act of stealing that dress at the end.

Same here. Because they hinted at that in the time capsule episode years ago.

After Clay lost the football player and he was sitting at the crossroads, I thought he was gonna head to either Memphis or Atlanta trying to get Nathan a job instead of heading to his wife's grave.
