Very good show! Loved that he kept repeating "Hi, I'm Larry David, and I enjoy wearing women's underwear". Elizabeth Shue looked fantastic!

Anyone else catch Ben Affleck as one of the people leaving the store during the fire alarm? I had to rewind the scene at first and then checked on line and I guess Cheryl tweeted that he was shopping when they showed up to shoot.
"Bald asshole"
Loved the back and forth between Jerry and Larry about Cheryl and Virginia.

At least the episodes with some of the crazier premises from this season brought the funny too. This episode is one of the few where I really can't think of single time I laughed out loud.

The "bald asshole" callback was great. I loved Larry there at the end saying he didn't mind taking his pants off because he knew it would get Jeff off the hook.
I died too every time he said "We all know there are only two ways to injure your neck: a car accident and cunnilingus."

Didn't care too much for the episode though. A couple funny lines, but not much else. Weakest of the season for me.

They went over-the-top with the unrealistic scenarios in this one. Since when does Banana Republic do alterations?

Ok, so while I do understand the whole concept of "parallel thinking", especially when it comes to comedy, I do find it a bit funny that Cheryl Hines was on Adam Carolla's podcast a few months ago, and one of Adam's common rants is the "Your name is a pop culture reference, and you don't KNOW that reference??"
I have to say, I definitely predicted, as soon as I saw the title, that there would be a police officer named Krupke that had never heard of West Side Story. Not that it wasn't funny, just predictable.

Yes attaching A to B took some pretty huge leaps in this episode. I'm used to Curb straining credulity but having the same cop show up at Larry's house as the one at the mall and Larry wearing those pants through the whole episode just to set up a pretty weak ending was too far-fetched.

Episodes from this very season were more far-fetched than this one. How is Larry wearing those pants far-fetched? The cop thing I can understand.
Anyway, I really enjoyed this eppie. It's probably in the upper half of the season for me as yet. Susie's facial expression when Larry first shows up to her house in the beginning was gold. She kept that disgusted look on her face the entire scene. Of course, that expression is probably on her face during most of the shoot. The last 30 seconds were absolutely hilarious. Larry removing the pants right there and then and Jeff showing up with the brace had me erupting with laughter.
If these final two episodes live up to the hype, Larry will have done something that I didn't think would have beeen possible at the beginning of the season--surpassing the sixth season in quality.

Liked it.
Premise teetered out a bit at the end but Larry arguing with a kids lemonade stand and the pants... all good stuff.

Not sure either, but Carolla's point is you're an idiot if you don't know a fairly popular pop culture reference for your own name, not that you should know every slightly popular pop culture reference.

"I'm Mr. Smokestoomuch"
"I guess you'd better cut down a little."
"I'm sorry?"
"I guess you'd better cut down a little."
"Oh, I get it. Smokestoomuch, better cut down a little."
"I bet you get people making jokes about your name all the time."
"No, I've never noticed it before."

I have loved this show since day one, but this season has been average. Don't get me wrong, as there are some laugh out loud moments in each episode, but there is something missing from this season. I can tell how much I love an episode as I will catch the reruns during the week (usually 2-3 times), and I have had no desire to re-watch most of the episodes this year. Hopefully Larry ends the series with the Seinfeld reunion, as the shows seems to be headed for that shark jump....
