Best episode of the season (and one of the better ones overall, imo). Larry in the bathroom, Richard Lewis w/ the bat and the final scene all had me in tears.

I loved the word play interaction between Jer/Lar. It's easy to see how these guys clicked so well together early on.

I loved how he kept gesturing toward his waist and pulling his shirt out whenever he talked to her about it

I'm still wondering if I missed something with the napkins. I know Larry took a wad of napkins but to call the police and then not be able to identify the person in a police lineup because he's bald makes no sense. This is some of the worst writing I've seen in order for Larry to move along the story.

The Police thing about the napkins was terrible. It was a stupid reason to carry over a joke from earlier in the episode.
Everything else was great; I loved the whiteboard in the back with the different show ideas. One was "rage killing" during the first meeting and then it changed to "no shorts on plane" during the second. The reaction Larry had to Jerry after he said "you have to go fix this" was another great execution of physical comedy by Larry.

Overall I thought this was a pretty weak episode. I did laugh pretty hard over Richard Lewis storming out of the restaurant and calling himself the "The Invisible Jew" on the phone.
But I found the police with the napkins, the lineup, and the flashback scene to be pretty weak for Curb's standards.

Larry is really pushing it this year, getting pulled over for stealing napkins at a Pizza Shop???
This episode is pretty much the same as most this year, OK episode with a few funny parts. But the funny parts are absolutely hysterical, so it is still worth it!
-Pizza guy, "I had a disabled person in here yesterday and they only needed 2 napkins!"
-The whole bit with not saying goodbye and Richard Lewis getting all bent out of shape was great. We all have one friend who gets mad at crap like this!
-Watching Jerry sell out Larry when Elaine wanted the receptionist rehired was classic!
-How hot does Julia Louis Dreyfuss look these days?

I liked the episode although some things fell flat. I liked the bits with Richard Lewis and Julia. The midriff was amusing and the end was pretty funny.

I thought the ideas were better than the execution, except for the "getting pulled over for stealing napkins" bit. That was just dumb and way too contrived, even for CYE.

I thought it was hilarious. The pissing on Jesus, the midriff and the baseball bat scenes were great - and the ending was one of the funniest ever. Did not expect to see that happen. I agree that the napkin thing was too over the top, but I loved the guy not being able to identify Larry in the lineup because all he see's is bald

I too found it mostly hilarious. Richard Lewis, as usual, was great. His comment about the beautician during the scuffle was a knee-slapper. What'd he say before beautician? Lawman's or something?

I thought it was a really good episode overall. I do agree with most here though that Larry being picked up by the cop for stealing napkins was too over the top.

An entire episode with just Larry and Jerry talking to each other would have been better.
Their exchanges, and the Lewis at lunch scene, were hilarious.
The rest, not so much.

For some reason, the fact that there was a detective present during the police line-up had me rolling.

Since no one's mentioned it, I loved Larry trying to keep is junk from spraying all over the place.
"I took some medication". Loved the splatter in all directions. It was like he was trying to pin down an out of control animal. The show s/h been named "The Urine Teardrop".
