While I can't offer any thoughts specifically in regard to the film, I just want to say thanks...because of your post (and later a Google image search) I now know who Maria Ozawa is...and she is just way too cute to be doing porn.

Miyabi's part is obvious. Just to attract people's attention to the movie. Yes she's doing porn on that movie, unfortunately. I was hoping more on the real acting.
The movie itself is interesting, nothing new though. It's Hostel's little brother. If you love torture movie, and yes it's really graphic, then this movie is for you. But if not, just skip to Miyabi's sex scene.
