I believe this has been posted (so this part is nothing new) ~ if you buy two sets of the X-Men cartoon (such as the just-released Volumes 3 and 4), you get five bucks off so it looks something like $ 28.98 for both plus tax.

This part is new - BB is running a special for Thursday to Saturday (9/17 to 9/19) where all orders $ 25 and up ship for free.

So, if you liked the price for these two sets but didn't want to go into a BB and deal w/17-year-olds telling you that you need a new TV, here is your chance . . . your grouchy local postal worker will drop them at your door . . . .

Mine came out to $ 31.73 with tax, which is $ 5.97 below DD. Of course, DD would likely be cheaper when the next sale comes around, but who can wait until November???

I don't know how your not charged sales tax. Amazon always charges me even when the order is coming from a different state.
