Is the contest even in the running? Man, get some perspective. I can think of a lot of things worse than that... audio ads, intertext ads, ads inside of posts, those screaming banners, pop up windows, pop under windows, etc.
Pick any one of the above that you'd prefer and I'm sure IB will go with that rather than a full screen contest prize.

I was getting the same ads but today they've morphed into an even longer ad telling me I just won a Wii. This has happened in both Firefox and IE
