The only program I recall watching in my youth that really wasn't that bad was Police Academy: The Series. I wish that was on DVD. It used to be on that AOL TV thing but I think that's dead.

I like the Stooges, but I wouldn't consider them a syndicated show because they weren't made for TV and they weren't packaged as a show. They were a series of shorts that stations packaged differently in different areas, the local station had to build a show around them.

The one and only Baywatch for me too, the Ion network was showing reruns recently , but dropped them. I still wish the whole series would get a decent release on dvd with all its music entact, and the missing episodes included.

Mama's Family and Too Close For Comfort were two favorite shows growing up. So was the Great Space Coaster!

Star Trek the Next Generation, naturally...perhaps the best syndicated show in its time. And Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
