DVD Talk review of 'Mama Cass Television Program'

I read Jeffrey Kauffman's DVD review of Mama Cass Television Program at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=38162 and I think you hit it right on the musical note that someone like a Mama Cass would be shut out today due to the over the top attention paid to appearance. Even back then she was the butt of many fat jokes, and sadly, even more when she died. Whoever started that ham sandwich story ought to be force fed one! What got lost was her wonderful talent. Just listening to her rendition of "Dream a Little Dream" illuminates what a gift she had. That one performance itself puts all jokes and snide remarks to rest.
