Anyone ever dealt with their trade-in service? I traded in my xbox 360 hd dvd player and a bunch of hd dvds for a gift card. They accepted my trade in estimate and I received an email on June 29 saying my gift card was mailed to my address. To this date I have yet to receive it. I contacted their customer service last friday and they said they would contact best buy's gift card center and I've yet to hear anything from that. Is it supposed to take this long?

I got my stuff verified on July 9th and got the gift card on Monday(21st).

I only did it once so not sure whats the usual time frame.
