Re: Summer Movies - 2010
For me it's just Iron Man 2-Toy Story 3-The Green Hornet and that's all she wrote!
^^ I just think hollywood has giving up on us and they just don't care anymore ^^
We need men and women with real vision to make the next great films for us to fall in love with it! "were are they"?
God I hope I see that day soon (tears).

Was just thinking about that... not much next summer but there are some during the winter/spring that I'm really looking forward to.... the Denzel movie, Alice in Wonderland, Clash of the Titans... there's a few others but can't think of them at the moment...

As for the ones I'm looking forward to:
Inception - can't get much better between writer/director and cast. If that cast is a lock, that's unbelievable. Don't know anything about the story, but this is my most anticipated of the lot.
Robin Hood - another highly anticipated one.
Predators - I wasn't a fan of the original, but with R.Rodriguez AND N.Marshall involved, I'm there.
The Green Hornet - my expectations are very low, but I can't say I'm not interested.

Only interested in the following:
Iron Man 2: I thought the first one was great. Looking forward to this one as well, especially given the rest of the supporting cast. Although I am very disappointed Terrence Howard won't be returning; I hate recasting of the same character, especially when the actors look nothing alike.
Shrek Forever After: Shrek isn't what it used to be, but I still feel the need to see the series through.
Sex and the City 2: I'm a big Sex and the City fan and thoroughly enjoyed the first movie. That being said, I thought the first movie served as a nice conclusion to the series and am unsure how they are going to continue and where they are going to go with the next movie.
Toy Story 3: Pixar. Need I say more? Looking forward to the Toy Story Double-Feature in October in preparation for this one.
The Green Hornet: If Seth Rogen can get away from his normal persona for this movie and Michel Gondry does indeed direct it, then I'm very interested.
Inception: Christopher Nolan with a non-Batman movie? I'm there. I for one welcome another movie from him that has nothing to do with The Dark Knight. That, and the cast looks pretty good as well. All his movies are great and I expect no less from this one.
Unless the ones with Farrell and Carrel are Apatow films, I'm not that interested. Might be down for the Russell Crowe Robin Hood movie; will have to find out more about it though. The rest of them though, I couldn't care less about, especially the two utterly pointless remakes (The Karate Kid and Footloose).

Inception
Toy Story 3
I know will be quality films.
Iron Man 2
Robin Hood
will be a gamble
don't the Hughes Brothers have a movie coming out (The Book of Eli)? With Denzel and Gary Oldman? If so, that is up on my list.

Holy shit, that looks bad.
Iron Man 2, Inception, Predators and Green Hornet are all I have any interest in.
I'm going to make an early prediction that IM2 will easily clear $100m opening weekend, and roll to well above $300m.

Wow. Just like this year the only movie I'm looking forward to comes from the house of Pixar.
I did look up Salt (Angelina Jolie). Sounds like a Jason Bourne movie with Angelina in the title role. Could definitely be a sleeper hit.

Re: Summer Movies - 2010
I saw the movie trailer for "The Last Airbender" (based on the Avatar cartoon series) when I went to see Transformers 2 on Saturday. The trailer indicated it was coming out July 2010.
