Thanks for posting this - I was considering getting the American Dad sets from the DD sale, but this would be even cheaper.

Too bad my Wal-Mart seems to be the last to get anything.

Target has these as well, well, I don't think I've seen the Bones/Saving Grace one before, but the American Dad and King Of The Hill sets have been there.

They've also had stuff like In Living Color, Lost In Space, and most recently stuff from Universal like Psych Seasons 1 and 2.

Picked up a two-pack of the 1st 2 seasons of the X-Files today for $19.99 at my local Walmart. It was located at the beginning of the A to Z television section.

My Walmart had all the ones mentioned plus Arrested Development Season 1 / Season 2 for $19.99. I hope this is something they keep doing cause they are putting out some good packages.

I picked this up just about an hour ago. A very nice deal considering that a week or two ago they had the standalone season sets at $20 each. I like the keep-case packaging as well, takes up very little shelf space while still keeping the discs safe on spindles. Part of the reason I got rid of my original X-Files seasons was that they took up an obscene amount of space.

Hopefully they release season 3/4 and 5/6 as sets like this, meaning I could own the X-Files seasons I care about for $60.

They also had a Tru Calling S1 / Dark Angel S1 combo with Dark Angel in a keepcase now.

Does anyone know if Fox is planning to release the rest of the X-Files in the new keepcases? Not even particularly in these 2-packs but in general. I'd like to get the whole X-Files series again and it would be nice if I could keep them all consistent by hacing the keepcases for S3-9.

I've seen several of the X-Files sets (at least through season 6) in the keepcase packaging at Meijer.

Amazon has FNL S1 and S2 for $27. I think BB has it as well (at least online), but it was ~$33.

None here yet. Went in for a ST animated @ $14.96 which I snatched up, saw *lots* of empty shelf space, so something *might* be coming...

I looked for these 2-packs last weekend and didn't see them at my store. Went back today and realized they were probably there all along, I just didn't spot them. They were placed on the shelves backwards, with only the front of a single season showing. The '2-Pack' card glued to the front of the bundles weren't visible, so I just assumed they were only selling 'American Dad: Vol 2 for $19.96.

All the 2-packs were displayed this way at my store, so shoppers obviously assumed they were just individual season sets and the display appeared untouched.

Same here. I was there on Wednesday and thought maybe they were just doing a reset. But last night it was just as empty. I dunno what they are doing, but they barely had any DVD's or BD's. I was kinda pissed, actually. They didn't even have T2 Skynet Edition, and that's a new release!

I just wanted to thank the OP for the heads up. My sister's birthday is this weekend and I was a bit stumped. I bought her MST3000 the Movie and a Dean Koontz book, but I wanted another DVD for her. I checked out Walmart after seeing the post and I found Saving Grace/Bones and Arrested Development 1 and 2. I wasn't sure which one to buy her, but since I had seen some AD before and I thought it was hilarious so I picked that one for her.
