season 4 has the rolling stones phenominal guest appearance, where they do a set of 3 songs in a row and dan aykroyd as tom snyder interviews mick jagger. one of the all-time greatest musical guest appearances, even though jagger's voice was shot from touring.

Hate to sound totally anal, but does anyone know if this comes in the hard cardboard outer case? My other three sets are like that and it would drive me nuts if the fourth season wasn't. Otherwise, I'm jumping on this later.

You know, what? It does clearly state: Digi-pack/slip sleeve, so it seems to indicate that it does come like the first batch of all the others. I always hesitate on buying them new now because the price drops like a rock later, but then I worry that I won't find it in the book style casing. Hey, worse comes to worse, it's not the book case and I return it because the website improperly stated the box specs. I went ahead and placed the order, thanks OP!

Good discount. Bad thing is, you can only use each coupon codes once and only one code per order. And it's only good for one item. I want to get SNL S2,3,4. First order, used one code for S2. Second Order, used the other for S3. For the third order, I need another code for S4.

I bought S1 at the Circuit City closing. Got it for $22

You can create a new account with a different email address, then you can use the coupons again. Unless you are a member. You can't use member coupons on other accounts, of course...

Actually, if anything, "Digi-Pak / Slip Sleeve" sounds like the slimmed down non-book packaging.

Season 3 is listed as "Limited Edition", which denotes the LE book packaging. No other season is listed this way, which makes sense. I doubt they still have LEs of seasons 1 or 2 (also listed as "Digi-Pak / Slip Sleeve") and 4 was the first one that seemed to release simultaneously with the LE and slim versions.

I bought Seasons 2-4. S3 and S4 both show shipping dates at June 2nd. S2 is listed as shipped.

My email from earlier today says both are scheduled to ship June 3. I guess within a few hours anyone else who orders will be June 4, then June 5, etc...
