Some tough ones.
Half-Life 2 - Pretty much a masterpiece.
Super Mario 64 - The game that made me a believer in 3D.
Super Metroid - The best example of SNES making an NES franchise "Super".
Tetris - Castlevania was good but I have to go with Tetris.
Goldeneye - easy
Resident Evil 2 - A superior sequel.
GTA3 - not a huge kart fan.
COD4 - not a huge music game fan.

- Half-Life 2
Still the best FPS ever made, and the only one I've ever played through multiple times and enjoyed more subsequently. That, and I'm not a fan of these music games - fun at a party, but worthless alone.

- Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
Though one, but the SNES Zelda holds up better than N64's Mario

- Super Metroid (SNES)
Can you say best game of all time?

- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS)
Can you say 2nd best game of all time?

- Gears of War (360)
Not a huge Gears fan, but Goldeneye has not held up well, at all.

- Resident Evil 2 (PS)
Not a huge fan of the early REs, but 2 kills the first one.

- Grand Theft Auto III (PS2)
Can't stand Kart racing, also, GTA3 has more gameplay in it's little pinky than Mario Kart could ever hope to have.

- Call of Duty 4 (Multi)
Again, I'd rather play this over and over than any guitar game.
