Cinema 7 codes for Toshiba SD-1200?

I just got my Toshiba 1200 from MobShop yesterday to replace my Pioneer DV-414 and I need the codes for my Cinema 7 remote. I have the main code that turns the player on and does simple functions, but I need the advanced codes to program other buttons on the remote. It took me forever to find all of the codes for my Pioneer and I hope it doesn't take as long for the Toshiba! One4All's website was a joke and they never responded to my e-mails so I'm not even going to bother asking them.
