Any speculation as to why my recent pre-order for the "20th Century Boys (2 Discs & 24 Page Book) [2008] [DVD]" got cancelled? Have they done something like this before? I see other on-line stores still listing this item for pre-order so I'm a bit perplexed.

I heard there was a production glitch on these and supplies were being restricted. But then that could just be a clever marketing ploy.
