They don't offer much information other than she was skying and had a "serious head injury".

I think thats pretty much all the info there is now, cause most all the sites are reporting the exact same news. I think & hope they are being a little bit dramatic with how serious it.

That's horrible news. Another article says it's a traumatic brain injury. I hope she can pull through, but that doesn't sound good at all.
I saw her on this past season of Top Chef as a guest judge and she was looking really good.

I really hope she is okay. But they say the first 24 hours for something like this is critical. I just pray she will be alright and hopefully it isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be. Love you Natasha!

I've always liked her as well. I was a fan of hers before I even realized that she was married to Neeson, who I also like. From the CBC Radio reports I've heard this morning, I am expecting to see news of her death soon (of course, hopefully not).

Sad news. Hospital is 10 min from where I live. She was transferred there at 5:00 PM yesterday but there are conflicting reports. One states that she "left" the hospital at 11:00 PM. Another states that another patient with the same name was in the hospital but they have no record of THIS Natasha Richardson ever being in the hospital. Weird.

MONTREAL - A spokeswoman at a ski resort near Montreal says actress Natasha Richardson showed no apparent signs of injury after she fell during a beginner ski lesson on Monday.
Lyne Lortie says the Tony-award-winning actress was talking and showed no signs of "confusion" until she got back to her hotel at the Mont Tremblant resort.
A family member has confirmed Richardson had a skiing accident but the extent of her injuries is unclear.
Earlier reports indicate she may have suffered a serious brain injury.
But Lortie says Richardson, the daughter of actress Vanessa Redgrave and the wife of actor Liam Neeson, seemed in good shape after the tumble and insisted on walking up to her hotel room.
She started complaining about an hour later and that was when she was transported by ambulance to a hospital in nearby Ste-Agathe.
She then was taken to Sacre-Coeur Hospital in Montreal.

^^that's wierd that most news agencies are reporting this serious injury and then the resort says it is nothing...perhaps trying to stave off responsibility?

She probably just had a concussion. If it's true, the report that she was admitted at 5:00 PM and left at 11:00 PM makes sense and they probably just kept her a few hours under observation and ran some tests.

Whenever I think head injury I always think of that disturbing scene in George Washington. But yeah, sounds like a concussion.
I also read the article Giles pointed out in Sound and Vision - she and Neeson come off as really good company to have.

Hopefully this is not true, but as I said above, based on the reports that I was hearing from CBC radio, it really did seem like there was little hope.
Don't forget that this information is coming from the guy that said Castro was dead a number of months ago as well.

That is strange sounding. It may be a concussion, but I wonder if maybe the fall gave her a slow bleed, so it took awhile before symptoms started to show up? Hopefully this is nothing major though. TBI is a bad, bad thing
I'll feel horrible for Liam and the family if it is serious. It's not that often in Hollywood that actors stay together this long. Also, after watching Taken last night, I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Liam Neeson!
