Drummers/Musicians help: Is this a good deal for drum cymbals?
There is a Craigslist ad for a pack of Sabian Cymbals (Sabian Solar Pack P27) in like new condition, 14" hi hats. 16" Crash, and 20" ride for 100 Canadian which is about 83 US. What do you think?

Good deal, but the cymbals themselves aren't really worth it. Those are pretty much the bottom of the line cymbals that Sabian makes.

Agreed. You can usually get the Zildjian Project Z starter pack which consists of basically the same cymbals for around $90 on Musician's Friends' site. They are a little better quality cymbal.

I agree. I'd hold off and buy used Sabians individually (B20, not B8). so long as they're not cracked or have key-holing, you should be fine.
