Best way to track books coming from your favorite authors?
Does anyone know of a service where you can sign up under particular authors so you can see a coming soon list of only your favorite authors? I have more and more authors I read on a regular basis but I keep finding I am missing books since I don't realize they have new ones out. I thought Amazon used to offer something similar but I can't find it now.

Not really. My current method is to pre-order everything I know about through Amazon. This is not going to work so well now that I have a Kindle, as I don't think I can pre-order Kindle books.
There has to be SOMETHING for books like the DVD release sites, though.

Yeah, I like it a lot. I know it is accurate for my authors(Cussler, Koontz, King) so hopefully it works for everyone else.

There's a website I use, not really long out of beta so it's still got some flawed, called BookArmy - it's set up by Harper Collins and they are getting authors signing up to talk and promote their books...Paul Coelho, Darren Shan and Sam Taylor, amongst others are already signed up. I can recommend it as a good author resource.

interesting... most of my new reading materials are referrals/recommendations/advertisements. i rarely read everything from a single author (no matter how good he/she is, there are always some works are bad or just don't agree with your taste). But yeah, thanks for the link.
as for upcoming new books from a particular author, i usually manually look them up. 99% of the time the new book is available for pre-order.
