Has anyone pre-ordered the TOSHIBA DST-3000 HDTV Decoder?

This HDTV set top box was to debut months ago but its release keeps getting pushed back. 
Word has it that it can recieve DirecTV HDTV, OTA HDTV, as well as OTA NSTC. It also has component video outputs, making it a little more expensive than other HDTV set-tops. (Toshiba sets NEED component video outputs to display HDTV signals) I think the MSRP is going to be $999.
Has anyone seen or pre-ordered this new item or know anymore about it's release?
