Cant wait! No doubt the best show on TV; not my favorite, but the best.
I was joking in the last thread; Rose looks too thin. I saw her in 2 weeks later the other day and she looks alot better. Now she is so thin she looks almost frail and hunched over. Blech.
I hope theres another BULLSHIT! scene.

Ahh Product Placement, and the worlds greatest Camera on a phone that happend to not be in her purse, nice
I take it this series tracks older and richer. The corrupt cops on this show scare the piss out of me. Their cold/methodical behaviour, and the fact its shot like a horror flick in spots, helps.
The client
It's over the top but man is it fun to watch

frobisher....
fucking awesome!!!!
Close, Byrne, Danson
Courtroom scenes were a hoot!
Maddox is a slut.
I hope those coordinates take Chapstick Creep to his deathbed.
Who else was more focused on Ellen's waistline than David's wedding present in that close-up shot?
And I'm all for the blatant product placement if Cadillac helps keep this brilliant (but ratings-starved) show on the air!

Great interview with "Tom Shayes": Tv Guide
Rose Byrne will also be on Conan tonite...let's see if she's gained a few more pounds since her Letterman appearance.
Missed Conan but saw the Letterman on Youtube; she looked damn thin on that. Worse than on the show. But she does seem real cool in person.

Another great episode. The Frobisher stunt at the end had me laughing at how awesome move that was. I'm guessing its the cop that Ellen shoots. I think she set him up.

I haven't been able to find many who watch this show, but what do you all think of Patty this season? I know that she tried to have Ellen killed last season, but I get the feeling that she's really sorry for that and is trying to make amends (although Ellen isn't having any of that). If I'm not mistaken, Patty hasn't done anything bad to Ellen at all this season (that we know of yet).

*Even though Frobisher showed up earlier in the episode I was still shocked that he was picked as the plantiff.
*What is up with beard guy? He's all over the place. boogieman, right now I agree with you but how, I wonder, does she catch him while in the shower?
*Also, Hammond: his "dramatic look" is so over the top. It always looks like he caught wind of a fart or something. Darrell, this isn't SNL.
*Patty is just goading Ellen bit by bit. I love it! I can't wait to see Ellen's face when she walks into the office and Frobisher is sitting there.

FX already renewed this for a 3rd season. So, I wouldn't worry about this getting cancelled. I think FX believes in this show and the creative direction it's going than the ratings.

I've been referring to that show as "9-0-2-1-Oh, I want a Dr. Pepper" for a few weeks now...just brutal. Great episode of Damages - the time just flies by (this and LOST feel shorter week to week than most shows.) Loved the twist with Patty going to Frobisher to be the client in her lawsuit... just awesome.
