Recommend Me Some Other Bureaucracy Movies

Just saw Charlie Wilson's War and rewatched Pentagon Wars. Next is going to be some Strangelove but I am unsure where to go from there any suggestions?

If you don't believe this is the epitome of bureaucracy run to its most (il)logical extremes, you can go fill out form 27B/6.

Maybe not in the sense some of the other examples are, but Michael Clayton is loaded with George Clooney layin' down the law against legal bullshit and a Tasmanian Devil-like scenery devouring from Tom Wilkinson. Tilda Swinton is the female Taz he meets in that one Looney Tunes short.
